Residency at Random Collision
The project is inspired by the continuous experience of changing countries, houses, lives and friends. I wanted to work on the dualism between that part of me that is always ready to go and experience new things, different situations and challenge itself, and the part that loves to know where the roots are and loves to go back to them.
Asking each of the dancers to put themselves in the state of mind in which they are in when they are about to move again, i tried to create a movement language.
